German-speaking travelers who want a mid-size, casual ship with buffet dining included.
Think twice if: Almost everything on board is in German; English-speaking Americans may feel left out.

What she's like
Lots of choice on board. Expect some lines at the buffet and to get off in busy ports. About 32 tons of ship per guest. As a rule of thumb, 40 or more feels roomy and under 30 feels busy.
German-language product: 'Der Grossteil unserer Crew spricht Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse brauchen Sie nicht.' Menus, programs and shows in German.
Our judgment, from $ (budget) to $$$$$ (ultra-luxury).
Full board with selected drinks on every voyage: buffet restaurants include water, soft drinks, house wine, tea and filter coffee. Specialty restaurant food included but drinks extra (LIGHT fare pays EUR 12.90 per visit at some). A-la-carte restaurants extra. ALL IN fares (5+ day voyages) add the largest drinks package.
